Description We are looking for an HRIS Coordinator to support leave administration and employee records management for a Long-term Contract position based in Santa Ana, California. This role focuses on guiding employees and managers through leave processes while keeping documentation accurate, timely, and aligned with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong HR operations experience, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of employee leave cases, including medical, family, personal, and other approved absences.

Evaluate leave submissions and supporting documents to confirm completeness and adherence to internal guidelines and applicable regulations.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records, monitor important milestones, and track return-to-work timelines.

Serve as a point of contact for employees, leaders, and external benefits partners by explaining eligibility, next steps, and documentation requirements.

Help ensure leave practices remain consistent with company policy as well as federal, state, and local compliance standards.

Coordinate return-to-work paperwork and assist with a smooth and well-documented employee reintegration process.

Support HRIS-related data entry and updates connected to leave administration and employee status changes. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in HR administration, HRIS coordination, or leave of absence management.

Working knowledge of employee leave practices and applicable employment regulations.

Experience handling confidential employee information with discretion and sound judgment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, status tracking, and detailed documentation.

Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, managers, and third-party providers.

Familiarity with benefits administration, employee relations, and onboarding processes.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms and standard business software tools. TalentMatch®
