Pay Rate

$18.50-$19.00 per hour, depending on shift

Shifts:

2nd shift: $18.50 / hour - Mon - Fri, 2:15pm - 10:15pm

3rd shift: $19.00 / hour - Sun - Thurs, 10:15pm - 6:15am

Overtime required every other Saturday or Friday depending on business needs

What's a typical day as Assembly Operator? You'll be:

Setting up and operating manual or automated equipment for parts manufacturing

Optimizing cycle times and achieving production goals in a team environment

Collaborating with skilled trades and support staff to ensure efficient operations

Identifying opportunities for improvement in quality, safety, and process

Standing for at least 90% of your shift and lifting up to 35 pounds

Have good hand/eye coordination and a keen attention to detail

Are team-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
