What You'll Do
Build trusted partnerships with Market Leaders, Field Leadership, key stakeholders, and Home Office teams to drive market priorities and business outcomes.
Coordinate impactful market events, training sessions, and engagement activities that support business goals, culture, and team development.
Lead end-to-end event planning, including logistics, agenda development, travel arrangements, accommodations, communications, and stakeholder coordination.
Serve as a key partner to the Market Leader by managing schedules, travel, and expense reporting.
Monitor and manage market budgets, forecast event expenses, and ensure appropriate use of market and regional funding.
Develop and deliver compelling communications, presentations, and engagement materials tailored to market strategies and objectives.
Drive multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and collaborating across teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall team experience.
Lead by example through exceptional execution, collaboration, and a commitment to Edward Jones values and culture.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience
Strong experience with event planning for large events, travel booking (Concur), calendar management and expense reimbursements.
Strong project management skills, ability to organize work, breakdown complex tasks into manageable components, and manage a schedule and deadlines.
Ability to establish controls and manage risks related to budget forecasting and allocations, project costs and determine return on investment.
Ability to identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate, and/or resolve issues that can impact a project or business outcome.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Ability to identify resources and independently learn new processes.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
