In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules.
Maintain machine coolant levels
Remove chips/shavings from machines
Empty chip tubs using a forklift
Change machine coolant when directed
Recycle used coolant using Emerson equipment
Align with all safety and work instructions.
Maintain clear communication within department.
Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises.
For This Role, You Will Need:
High School diploma or GED required.
Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time; strength in arms and legs.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to safely operate stand-up forklifts and motorized ride-on pallet jacks
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
2 - 3 years experience working in a machine shop
