What you'll do:
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities equipment and fixtures.
Inspect, clean, and repair equipment, documenting wear and recommending repairs or replacements.
Conduct major and minor repairs using multiple craft skills, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Oversee junior associates and act as job foreman on assigned projects.
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts inventory, and contractor compliance with quality and safety standards.
Ensure adherence to OSHA and EPA regulations while maintaining accurate records and reports.
Provide onsite training and expert guidance to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and equipment repair to ensure facility safety and functionality.
Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues using blueprints and technical manuals.
Skilled in managing maintenance schedules, work orders, parts inventory, and contractor oversight.
Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor junior associates while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Effective documentation and reporting skills for maintenance activities, expenses, and compliance.
Commitment to upholding company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade or 7 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade.
Valid Driver's License.
Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
1 year's experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
