Candidates must live within 60 miles of 295 Bendix Rd, Suite 250, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.
This is a 24/7 customer support operation, providing assistance whenever customers need it. The team values work-life balance and aims to match employees with schedules that fit their lives while supporting business needs.
Schedule Expectations
Scheduled breaks and meal periods should be taken as assigned.
Most shifts offer flexibility, with start and end times that may vary within a one-hour window.
Availability should allow for a 9.5-hour workday to accommodate schedule flexibility.
Expect to handle customer calls throughout most of your shift, with periods of continuous call handling that can last up to four hours before your next break.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr.
