Responsibilities Plans, directs, organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of employees involved in the life cycle management processes related to major automated information systems (AIS). Develops AIS program and budget requirements, justifications, and documentation to meet all mandatory DoD Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Financial Management regulatory requirements.
