Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: up to $45.00 per hour

Shift: 8-5 (8Hr Day shift)

What's a typical day as Manufacturing - Assembler - Advanced? You'll be:

Assembling electromechanical proto@type products following verbal and written instructions

Collaborating closely with design and manufacturing engineers to improve assembly practices

Proposing and implementing improvements to reduce product cost and assembly time

Redlining assembly procedures and Bills of Materials based on findings

Assisting Manufacturing Engineers in developing work cells

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have 5-10 years of relevant assembly experience in manufacturing or engineering environments

Hold an Associate degree or higher in manufacturing or mechanical engineering (preferred)

Possess strong experience with hand tools (screwdrivers, torque drivers, wrenches, pliers, etc.)

Have soldering skills and PCBA (through-hole and SMT) certifications/experience (preferred)

Are skilled in fabrication techniques (e.g., hand drill, drill press) (preferred)

Are familiar with production and lean principles (preferred)

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information and build consensus
