Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field; OR
A bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Process initial and renewal licensing and certification applications for a variety of Long-Term Care and Non-Long-Term Care healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
Review, verify, and process provider updates, including renewals, key personnel changes, bed and capacity changes, licensing actions, and other regulatory requests.
Maintain accurate records through extensive data entry, file management, and tracking of licensing, certification, and regulatory activities across multiple databases.
Serve as the primary point of contact for providers by responding to inquiries, explaining licensing and certification requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.
Monitor licensing fees and payments, process billing activities, and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payment and compliance.
Review and approve nursing home work histories for placement and maintenance on the registry, and accurately enter Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) testing results into the appropriate database.
Compile reports, maintain provider directories, prepare correspondence, and support daily administrative operations while ensuring accuracy, organization, and adherence to established timelines.
