Job Title: Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations. This role is responsible for managing material movement, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments

Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and shipping documents

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment

Process shipments through carriers such as UPS and FedEx

Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels

Distribute materials to internal departments as needed

Maintain shipping supplies and warehouse organization

Follow all safety procedures and company policie

Requirements:

Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience

Forklift experience and ability to operate material handling equipment safely

Experience with inventory control and cycle counting

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer skills; SAP or similar inventory systems preferred

Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs and remain active throughout the shift

High school diploma or GED preferred

Work Environment:

Warehouse and distribution environment

Regular standing, walking, lifting, and material handling

Frequent use of forklifts and warehouse equipment

Team-oriented and safety-focused workplace

Pay & Shift:

$26/Hr

Shift- 6am to 3pm Monday thru Friday

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Beltsville, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
