Office front desk position to serve as first point of contact. This position provides administrative support while creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the front office operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail. Welcome and assist students, faculty staff and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. Schedule appointments, meetings and campus events as needed. Maintain accurate records and databases. Prepare emails, reports, forms, and other administrative documents. Assist with student intake, registration, and general office procedures, Maintain confidentiality of student and institutional records in accordance with college policies. Must be fluent in office machines, technology, and office procedures. This is a 3-month temporary position with possibility of extension. 35 hours per week Mon-Friday 8am-4pm $16-18 per hour DOE
