Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Branch Administrative Assistant II to support the daily administrative operations of our branch office. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while coordinating a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting branch leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to branch leadership and team members.
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Conduct research and gather information to support branch operations and reporting.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
Manage incoming information requests and respond in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with event planning as needed.
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Perform clerical duties including copying, filing, scanning, faxing, and document management.
Enter and maintain accurate data within company systems and databases.
Assist with branch operational projects and special assignments.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and customer information.
Support process improvements and contribute to overall branch efficiency.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or related role.
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
Ability to @type 60-70 words per minute.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in mortgage lending, financial services, banking, or a related industry.
Familiarity with mortgage documentation and branch operations.
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a professional office environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
