We strive to continually make and develop a variety of innovative, patented solutions for physicians with an emphasis on safety, outcomes and costs. Epimed has facilities located in Upstate New York and the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We have direct sales representatives across the US including Europe and distribute in over 45 countries. Several of our products have been developed with our customers to solve problems, reduce complications and provide better care of their and others patients.

Overview: Our company is seeking a dedicated Service Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Duties: (others may be assigned) Performs order-entry duties in conformance with written procedures as directed in the Customer Care Section of the Epimed Quality System Manual. Supports sales representatives by answering questions, sending supplies, and referring questions to management that are not able to be answered independently. Communicates and works directly with Inventory Management regarding orders, particularly those that need priority shipping or any other concerns that impact Shipping and/or Customers. Coordination with our shipping department and distributor chosen logistics company, handling inquiries about shipments, tracking orders, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire supply chain process, often by communicating order status updates and addressing any concerns that may arise; requiring strong knowledge of logistics systems and procedures. Perform Accounts Receivable for assigned territory. Manage incoming calls/emails/chats from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing appropriate solutions. Maintain Lobby and Conference Provide clerical support by organizing files, handling paperwork, and assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate documentation.

Education and/or Experience: Associates Degree or one-year certificate from accredited college or technical school; or high school diploma/GED and six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and sales literature. Ability to write routine reports and internal or customer correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers and other employees of the corporation.

SCHEDULE: Full Time: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST with 1 hour lunch.
