Warehouse Supervisor

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations for a growing manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys managing teams, improving processes, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of approximately 10 warehouse employees.

Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Monitor workflow, productivity, and employee performance.

Assist with inventory control and operational planning.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Lead by example and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

Required:

Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Proven leadership and team-building abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred:

Experience in manufacturing or industrial warehouse environments.

Desire to grow into higher levels of operational leadership.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
