This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! HSM has transformed how supply chain and procurement adds value to the hospitality industry, with 6 billion dollars of spend influence, over 2000 suppliers, and support of sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing goals. As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. On the HSM team reporting to the VP Strategy & Business Operations, you will provide administrative support to the executive team.

What you'll do during a typical day:

Manage the calendar for the SVP including appointments and meetings.

Discreetly handle confidential information

Monitor and complete follow up on actions

General administrative duties

How you'll collaborate with others:

Embody Hilton values in all interactions.

Professional collaboration with Hilton administrative staff, HSM team members and HSM cliental.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

Organize and prioritize incoming requests.

Coordinate travel including expense reports.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

Two (2) years of administrative experience

Travel as needed

It would be useful if you have:

Associate's Degree/College Diploma

Five (5) years of professional experience

Prior experience in the Hospitality industry
