Description We are looking for a proactive Sr. Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Plano, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized workplace. The role combines front-desk coordination, office services, facilities support, and administrative assistance to help the team function efficiently each day.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors, issue guest access materials when needed, and guide them to the appropriate team members.

Manage incoming packages and courier deliveries, while preparing and coordinating outgoing shipments.

Sort and distribute mail promptly to maintain smooth internal communication across the office.

Monitor inventory for workplace supplies, refreshments, and snack items, placing orders and receiving deliveries as needed.

Maintain shared spaces by refreshing breakrooms, tidying the coffee area, and keeping conference rooms presentable throughout the day.

Provide office setup support by preparing workstations for new employees, resetting desks, and assisting with internal seating changes.

Coordinate office meal arrangements on designated days, including vendor communication, delivery setup, and post-event cleanup.

Submit facility service requests and process office-related invoices with accuracy and timeliness.

Replenish copier paper and assist with general office readiness tasks to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.

Offer backup administrative coverage for team members during absences and provide responsive support across the office as priorities shift. Requirements - Demonstrated experience in administrative or office support within a detail-oriented business environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented approach to assisting employees and guests.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative without constant direction.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with PowerPoint is beneficial.

Experience using Microsoft Teams and other standard workplace communication tools.

Comfortable performing active, physical tasks throughout the day, including lifting up to 25 lbs., bending, walking, and using a small step ladder.

Able to work on-site Monday through Friday in a role that requires frequent movement and hands-on support.
