Description We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in Chicago, Illinois through a Contract position. This role focuses on keeping schedules organized, coordinating meetings, and managing travel logistics with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling shifting priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts to keep daily activities running smoothly.

Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, transportation, lodging, and related logistics.

Coordinate meeting schedules, confirm attendance, and ensure executives are prepared for internal and external engagements.

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders while supporting time-sensitive requests and changing priorities.

Prepare and organize travel details, meeting information, and other administrative materials for executive review.

Track schedule updates and adjust plans quickly to accommodate last-minute changes or urgent business needs. Requirements - Demonstrated experience supporting executives in an administrative or assistant capacity.

Strong ability to manage calendars and balance multiple scheduling demands effectively.

Hands-on experience booking and coordinating business travel arrangements.

Proven ability to organize executive meetings with strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information. TalentMatch®
