Summary This position is located in the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad National Historical Park, located in Church Creek, MD. Responsibilities As an Administrative Support Assistant (OA) you will perform the following duties: Provides accurate and reliable support for administrative functions at the park and other subcluster sites. Serves as the primary administrative point of contact for the park, oversight of various administrative processes. Processes financial, procurement, property, human resources, and other administrative forms and/or documents. Collects data for the unit's operating budget. Consolidates material into an annual unit budget. Serves as the primary timekeeper; reviews time and attendance reports for employees and assure that reports are correctly entered into the timesheet system. Maintains files and training certificates, responds to and resolves issues involving timesheets. Requirements Conditions of Employment U.S. Citizenship required.
