At Pediatric Home Service, our RNs and LPNs deliver personalized, 1:1 care that allows children with medical complexities to grow and thrive in the comfort of home.

Are you a compassionate nurse looking for flexible shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful one-on-one impact? We have openings supporting a 21-year-old client in Mankato.

THE POSITION

Location: Mankato, MN (56003)

Days Friday-Sunday (8-12 hour shifts)

Evenings: Every other Saturday & Sunday (4-6 hour shifts)

Overnights: Thursday-Sunday (9-12 hour shifts)

Client Specifics: 21 year old with vent and gj-tube.

Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights

Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost.

Weekday Nights (Mon-Fri): +$1/hour

Weekend Nights (Sat-Sun): +$2/hour

Weekend Days (Sat-Sun): +$1/hour

From tiny tots to young adults, we've got a variety of patients who might have trach, ventilator, or g-tubes.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Join our dynamic team and get ready for some serious teamwork! We offer specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care-so no experience is required to get started. We'll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you'll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you've got heart and a willingness to learn, you'll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
