The IE will be responsible for designing and implementing Discrete Event Simulations (DES) to support strategic decision-making for manufacturing technology investments and operational transformation initiatives. This role will focus on developing multi-year manufacturing transformation roadmaps through facility layout optimization, operational process analysis, and project planning and execution across multi-functional manufacturing sites. The candidate will combine creative problem-solving with strong analytical capabilities to apply IE principles in manufacturing environments.
