results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy,

hear from you. This position is located in Eau Claire, WI. Primary
Responsibilities Develops and implements ROI-focused marketing
strategies that align with CCFBank\'s business objectives, with a
specific emphasis on driving growth in the business banking (B2B)
sector. Leads integrated marketing campaigns that generates qualified
leads, increases market share, and delivers measurable revenue growth.
Leverages data analytics and marketing performance metrics to optimize
campaigns, ensuring a clear connection between marketing efforts and
business outcomes. Oversees brand management, ensuring consistent and
compelling messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
Collaborates closely with the commercial banking, sales, and product
teams to create targeted marketing initiatives that support B2B customer
acquisition and retention. Monitors market trends, competitor
strategies, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities,
particularly in the small-to-mid-sized business sector. Accomplishes
department objectives by supervising teams and organizing and monitoring
work processes. Manages and optimizes the marketing budget with a focus
on maximizing ROI and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Oversees
the use of digital marketing, CRM tools, and marketing automation
systems to drive efficiency and scale marketing efforts. Provides
regular reports on marketing KPIs, ROI, and growth metrics to the CBO
and/or senior leadership team. Develops, implements, and maintains any
related Bank policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance
with the Bank\'s Marketing Plan and Program requirements. Assumes
responsibility for special projects; gathers data and prepares reports
for Senior Management, audits, and other personnel. Minimum Education
