Job Description

PCGI Consulting is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to support growth within our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. This individual will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding client relationships. The ideal candidate has experience selling consulting or professional services and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This is a highly visible role that works directly with executive leadership to identify opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and help shape go-to-market strategies.

Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective Healthcare & Life Sciences clients.

Conduct outbound business development activities including prospecting, account outreach, and relationship-building.

Partner with the CEO and leadership team on lead generation strategies and target account identification.

Develop and maintain relationships with strategic alliance partners including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and other technology providers.

Create and deliver client presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

Work closely with marketing and digital teams to develop content supporting sales and brand awareness initiatives.

Identify and represent PCGI at industry conferences, networking events, and Healthcare & Life Sciences forums.

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM.

Support the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and account growth.

Skills and Requirements

5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Experience selling consulting services, professional services, technology solutions, or data analytics services.

Proven ability to generate new business and build client relationships.

Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Familiarity with business intelligence and data platforms including Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.

Strong communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.

Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
