What you'll do:
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify talent gaps, prioritize hiring needs, and recommend effective sourcing approaches.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient candidate selection and onboarding.
Provide expert guidance on assessment frameworks, interview best practices, and candidate evaluation criteria.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate communication and feedback throughout hiring cycles.
Lead multiple projects using agile methodologies to optimize recruiting workflows and improve associate satisfaction.
Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and technology to attract high-quality candidates and support workforce planning.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in talent acquisition with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and talent strategy development.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing guidance and influencing hiring managers and business leaders.
Experience managing multiple projects using agile methodology, including sprint planning, prioritization, and adaptive execution.
Deep understanding of business needs and workforce evolution to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals.
Skilled in leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and technology to identify and attract top talent.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to improve hiring processes and associate satisfaction.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
