Position Duration & Employment Status:

This role is expected to last approximately three (3) to six (6) months and is classified as a temporary position. While there is a possibility of conversion to a regular, full-time role based on individual performance, business conditions, and organizational needs, there is no guarantee of continued employment beyond the initial assignment.

Hourly Compensation: $25-$30, depending on experience

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Temporary Purchasing Coordinator (Entry-Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working with computers and digital systems. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting internal teams, and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and verify data in company systems with accuracy and efficiency.

Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.

Assist with generating reports and maintaining organized records.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Provide excellent customer service and support to internal departments and field technicians as needed.

Follow company policies and confidentiality standards.

Contribute to process improvements and problem-solving within the team.

Qualifications

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
