Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily front office operations for a growing organization in the energy and natural resources sector. This Contract position is based in Fort Collins, Colorado, and will serve as a key point of contact for incoming calls, customer correspondence, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, handles sensitive interactions with professionalism, and stays organized while managing a steady flow of office and account-related communications.

Responsibilities:

Manage the front desk function by answering and directing inbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.

Prepare and send customer statements, inquiries, and follow-up communications related to account status.

Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing physical mail to support daily office operations.

Enter and update administrative and customer information accurately within internal systems.

Respond to a weekly volume of customer replies and help address questions with tact and professionalism.

Assist with check payment handling by recording and uploading payment information in the appropriate system.

Monitor customer accounts approaching service suspension thresholds and send outreach communications as needed.

Provide general administrative support to the office and collaborate with team members to keep workflows moving smoothly. Requirements - Experience in administrative support, front desk coordination, or receptionist responsibilities.

Ability to manage inbound calls professionally and provide strong customer service.

Comfortable handling customer concerns and helping de-escalate challenging situations.

Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to coaching.

Experience managing daily mail, written correspondence, and general office tasks.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. TalentMatch®
