Description We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping workflows on track, providing a detail-oriented front-desk presence, and handling a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The role involves communication support, record maintenance, and general coordination to help the office run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative activities to maintain an efficient and well-organized office environment.

Receive and direct incoming calls courteously, ensuring messages and inquiries reach the appropriate contacts.

Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while creating a positive and detail-oriented first impression.

Enter, update, and maintain data in office records and internal systems with a high level of accuracy.

Prepare, organize, and file documents so information is easy to access and properly maintained.

Support scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical tasks to assist team operations and deadlines.

Monitor general office needs and help coordinate routine administrative processes and communications. Requirements

Series 7 or Series 66 required

Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar clerical role.

Ability to manage inbound calls and interact professionally with visitors, staff, and external contacts.
Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable performing receptionist and front-desk responsibilities in a fast-paced office setting.
Proficiency with standard office software and general administrative tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
