Description

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of global brand marketing initiatives for a retail organization. This Long-term Contract position will partner with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to drive key programs from concept through launch, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and flawless execution. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, an adaptable collaborator, and an experienced project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global brand marketing programs and training initiatives.

Coordinate across global, regional, and local stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful delivery.

Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and drive accountability across teams.

Develop compelling presentations, communications, and executive-ready materials that translate complex information into clear narratives.

Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects remain on track.

Support the localization of global initiatives while maintaining a consistent brand experience.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in project management, integrated marketing, brand marketing, marketing operations, or a related field.

Experience supporting integrated marketing initiatives such as campaigns, social media programs, product launches, or go-to-market rollouts.

Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to create polished decks, executive communications, and strategic narratives.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex, cross-functional environments.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar platforms.

Bachelor's degree required.
