What you'll do:
Lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities, ensuring safety, sanitation, and mechanical functionality.
Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve obstacles and facilitate smooth workflows.
Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and enhance maintenance reliability.
Coordinate crisis management and warranty claim processes to minimize disruptions.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and repair activities.
Provide guidance and training to teams, fostering continuous improvement and technical proficiency.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in operational excellence with the ability to evaluate and improve organizational functions and compliance.
Strong vendor management skills, including contract administration, supplier performance monitoring, and partnership development.
Demonstrated business acumen to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Advanced technical acumen to troubleshoot, maintain, and support facility equipment and systems effectively.
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and present data-driven insights.
Experience in budgeting, procurement, and crisis management within maintenance operations.
Ability to lead change initiatives and drive continuous process improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
