Here's Where You Come In

As a Middle Market Commercial Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a $500K+ book of business, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of diverse commercial accounts. You'll drive client retention through proactive, high-touch service, anticipating needs before they become problems while ensuring account information is accurate and audit-ready across our systems. You'll operate as a key player within a collaborative team, mentoring Associate Account Managers and helping shape the next generation of talent on the team. ? ?

Responsibilities :?

Manages a book of businessgenerallymore than$500k in revenue, depending on the complexity or number of accounts.

Provides quality customer service to existing accounts with a goal of 95% retention or more.

Collaboratewitha team that includes Producers, Account Executives, Sr. Account Managers, and Associate Account Managers.

Review policies and endorsements for accuracy prior to delivery to clients.

Issue certificates of insurance and process policy changes in a timely manner.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional lines of coverage and round out client accounts.

Maintain compliance with carrier guidelines and agency procedures to minimize E&O exposure.

Ensure accurate maintenance of client information in EPIC.

Special projects and all other duties, as assigned.?
