Retail Account Manager (Financial)

A Day in the Role:

Be responsible for reviewing transaction requests and authorizations, processing transactions, and timely and accurate reconciliatory of transactions. Maintain department processing standards in productivity and quality. Be responsible for tracking responses to client inquiries to inform the development of guides that enable swift resolution of recurring issues.

Perform duties as assigned to improve business processes, the timing and quality of client transactions, and the level of support available.

Work to learn and understand business processes and service requirements

Communicate either verbally or in writing with clients Navigate through multiple systems daily

Requirements:

1-2+ years experience in Customer Support and Computer Skills

Diploma or GED required

Inbound/Outbound Call Volume

Customer Escalation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owings Mills, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
