Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate prepares and completes warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, using barcode and scanning technology to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management. This role receives, processes, and stores warehouse stock products, inspects products for defects and damages, examines incoming and outgoing shipments, and performs inventory controls to maintain high quality standards for audits.
Responsibilities
Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
Receive and process warehouse stock products by picking, unloading, auditing, labeling, and storing materials.
Use barcode and RF scanning technology to fulfill orders and manage warehouse inventory accurately.
Inspect products for defects and damages and report any issues in a timely manner.
Examine incoming and outgoing shipments to verify contents, quality, and accuracy.
Perform inventory control tasks to maintain accurate stock levels and meet quality standards required for audits.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Feed multiple production work cells, ensuring that all materials passing through slitting and rollforming are handled correctly and on time.
Navigate and operate forklifts in tight spaces and on multiple levels while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
Follow established warehouse procedures and general labor practices to support smooth daily operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse safety guidelines.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.
Proven ability to operate forklifts safely in tight spaces and on multi-levels.
Strong focus on safety, with a patient and careful operating style that avoids rushing.
Experience feeding multiple production work cells, including materials that go through slitting and rollforming.
Proficiency in using barcode and RF scanners for order picking and inventory management.
Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving processes.
Ability to perform general labor and material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and order picking.
Knowledge of warehouse inventory practices and basic inventory control procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience using forklift. pallet jacks and other standard warehouse equipment.
Experience in warehouse inventory management and audit preparation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment with running machinery.
Strong attention to detail when inspecting products and verifying shipments.
Reliability and consistency in following established warehouse procedures and safety protocols.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
