What you'll do:
Analyze complex business problems using advanced data analytics and automation techniques to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
Define key metrics and success criteria to measure the impact and effectiveness of data-driven initiatives.
Identify, assess, and validate data sources ensuring data quality and relevance for business needs.
Translate business requirements into actionable data strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Develop and present compelling data visualizations and insights to influence decision-making across multiple business domains.
Mentor team members on analytical methods, data quality standards, and visualization best practices.
Lead data quality initiatives and monitor performance to enhance business outcomes.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in data analysis, visualization, and exploratory data analysis using tools such as Python, SQL, and Tableau.
Strong understanding of data quality management, data strategy, and business data requirements to ensure data is fit for purpose.
Proven ability to translate complex business problems into actionable analytics solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Expertise in defining key metrics, conducting statistical analysis, and building compelling data-driven stories for stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring team members and guiding data quality and visualization best practices.
Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across multiple business domains.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
