Work Environment:
The role is based in a 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility that is not climate-controlled and can be dusty and dirty due to ongoing concrete pours as trucks pull into the bays. Orientations typically take place at 8 a.m., usually on Tuesdays after group interviews, with flexibility to move to other days if needed. Shift times are flexible and depend on performance and unit orders. Day shift options vary based on the bay, with start times no earlier than 5 a.m., 6 a.m., or 7 a.m., and shifts will not exceed 10 hours unless mandatory, while providing at least 8 hours if the employee wants it. There is also a night shift that starts no later than 9:30 p.m., starting Monday night and ending early Saturday morning, with the shift ending once units are built and approved and concrete pours have been completed and cleaned.
