Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support mission-critical data center construction projects. This role focuses on construction coordination, contractor management, and supporting project delivery across all phases, with increasing responsibility during construction execution and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with safety, schedule, and quality expectations.

Coordinate contractors, engineers, and vendors to support efficient project execution.

Assist in oversight of electrical and mechanical system installation and integration.

Support commissioning activities and system testing efforts.

Track project milestones and identify risks to schedule.

Assist in managing procurement and delivery of critical equipment.

Participate in site visits and maintain regular on-site presence during active construction.

Support constructability reviews, RFIs, and technical coordination.

Maintain clear communication across project teams.

SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

5-10 years of construction management experience, with data center or mission-critical exposure preferred.

Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Familiarity with commissioning processes preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
