How you'll make an impact in this role

Manage daily office operations, including multi-line phone coverage, supply procurement, and the preparation and distribution of key correspondence, meeting materials, and reports.

Track and communicate policy and procedure updates across teams to ensure continuous organizational compliance and alignment.

Evaluate administrative workflows and recommend targeted process improvements to streamline office functions and increase efficiency.

Maintain physical and digital filing systems, coordinate schedule logistics, and monitor operational expenses to consistently remain within budget constraints.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
