What You'll Do: Full-Cycle Recruiting and Requisition Management Own a standing portfolio of open requisitions across assigned business lines, managing the full recruiting lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, close, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to scope role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and set realistic timelines for each requisition. Maintain accurate, real-time requisition and candidate data in the applicant tracking system (e.g., Workday), and track time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source-of-hire metrics.
