Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator

Location: Cary, IL

Pay Rate: $23.30/hour

Overview:

Kelly is hiring motivated 2nd Shift Machine Operators for an industry leader in Cary, IL. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company and develop valuable skills in advanced manufacturing!

Schedule:

2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment, for production.

Oversee the safe operation of large-scale manufacturing equipment, including:

Feeding raw materials

Adjusting machine settings

Performing minor machine repairs

Pulling finished products from the line

Follow process sheets and written or verbal instructions from supervisors to perform all necessary production tasks.

Inspect finished products and operations to ensure results meet set tolerances and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures

Basic technical/mechanical aptitude; ability to perform simple adjustments and minor repairs

Routine manual labor capabilities; tasks are generally repetitive

Ability to inspect and compare results against defined guidelines

No experience required; training provided

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
