SET THE COURSE
This role supports the delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of marketing technology and customer data capabilities across the enterprise. The Functional Analyst - MarTech plays a key role in ensuring that customer data flows, system integrations, and digital experiences function seamlessly across CRM, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and connected enterprise systems.
The position partners with IT, Digital, Marketing, and business stakeholders to enable a consistent and high-quality customer journey across retail and digital touchpoints. This includes supporting testing, data validation, integration monitoring, and cross-system issue resolution to ensure reliable and accurate customer experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, ensuring that marketing technology solutions are implemented effectively, operate reliably, and deliver value to both the customer and the business.
BE THE ISLAND GUIDE
Working in close partnership with business stakeholders, IT, and project teams, the Functional Analyst - MarTech will:
MarTech & Customer Data Expertise
Develop strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target, AEP) and CRM/customer data platforms
Understand end-to-end customer journeys across retail, eCommerce, and marketing channels
Support personalization, segmentation, and customer engagement initiatives
Enterprise System Monitoring & Integration Oversight
Monitor and interact with enterprise systems spanning eCommerce, POS, OMS, marketing platforms, and data systems
Ensure visibility into customer data flows across CRM, AEP, and connected systems
Identify and troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and system issues
Coordinate cross-team resolution of issues impacting customer experience
Validate end-to-end system behavior across integrated processes
Testing & Release Support
Participate in testing and release activities across marketing technology and enterprise platforms
Support QA, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Execute end-to-end testing across multiple systems
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression strategies
Validate accurate movement of customer data across systems
Data Analysis & Validation
Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data
Monitor integration pipelines and data flows
Analyze discrepancies in customer and transaction data
Partner with engineering teams to resolve data and integration issues
Functional Analysis & Requirements
Act as a functional expert for supported systems
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Develop process flows, system interactions, and data flow documentation
Create functional specifications aligned to business needs
Support, Operations & Continuous Improvement
Provide Level 2 support for marketing technology and enterprise systems
Support transition of solutions into production and operations
Identify opportunities to improve system performance and data quality
Contribute to ongoing enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
4-5 years of experience with enterprise systems or marketing technology platforms
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar platforms preferred
Experience with system integrations and data flows
Experience supporting QA/UAT and testing activities
Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
Pay Range: $83,000 - $110,000 per year
