Assembler / Production Associate - $22+/hr + Growth

Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active, work with tools, and build quality products? We're hiring Assemblers / Production Associates for a manufacturing environment with great pay, benefits, and long-term growth opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Assemble products from start to finish

Read production lists and follow work instructions

Use hand and power tools such as drills, screw guns, nail guns, and saws

Measure materials using a tape measure

Inspect products throughout the process to ensure quality

Identify materials and report any shortages or issues

Keep your work area clean and organized

What We're Looking For

Assembly, production, construction, or general labor experience

Experience using hand and power tools

Ability to read a tape measure

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Experience That's a Plus

Mechanical assembly experience

Construction experience

Blueprint reading experience

Manufacturing experience

Experience with drills, nail guns, saws, or other shop tools

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
