Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Mon01:15 PM - 08:15 PM

Tue01:15 PM - 08:15 PM

Wed01:15 PM - 08:15 PM

Thur01:15 PM - 08:15 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and observe entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support orderly operations.

Document incidents, patrol activities, and security-related concerns in required reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or local responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
