If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, HR Business Advisor to join our Talent & Culture organization.Responsibilities: Serve as a key partner to HRBA Leads, PRG, Finance and Accounting, Resource Management and Practice Operations; provide dedicated support for major partner processes and projects, including performance development, compensation, and promotions; provide insights, propose solutions, and influence expectations to ensure successful outcomes for our aligned functions Accountable for defined project roles within a larger scope project, process, or program, reporting directly to their project management leader (PML) in most situations Complete moderate to complex analyses, and based on results of analyses, proactively offer solutions, process efficiencies, and/or improvements to the project lead/PML Consider various possibilities, alternatives, and approaches using independent judgement and presenting detailed information to the supervising project lead for review and consideration Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications: Minimum three years of recent experience in HR or comparable background Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in human resource management, organizational development, business administration or related field is required Intermediate understanding of HR principles; foundational knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and data visualization software Proven ability to organize and manage personal workload over the long term to meet deliverable expectations effectively Ability to build and maintain relationships with the firm's partners and employees; able to develop clear and concise written communications and prepare performance documentation; possesses problem-solving skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills, as well as foundational presentation and facilitation skills Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries ("KPMG") complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
