Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator

Job is onsite and reports to the General Sales Manager

Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is looking for a motivated Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator to join our award-winning team!

What You'll Do

Respond to inbound service inquiries by phone, email, and text.

Schedule and confirm service appointments.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details.

Work closely with the service team to support daily operations.

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive dealership Service BDC, Customer Service, Call Center, or Service Advisor experience is preferred.

Dealership Sales, BDC, or Internet Sales experience is also a plus.

We are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service.

Professional, polished, and customer-focused with a friendly, positive demeanor.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Comfortable using computers, dealership software, and multiple applications simultaneously.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Dependable team player committed to delivering outstanding service experience and building lasting customer relationships.
