Job Title: Pharmacy Support Associate

Join a fast-paced, automated pharmacy environment where accuracy, efficiency, and patient safety come first! We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to support prescription fulfillment and ensure medications reach patients safely and on time.

Roles and Responsibilites

Fill prescription medications (tablets & capsules) with high accuracy

Pick, pack, and process medication orders using inventory systems

Use handheld scanners and computer tools to track and verify orders

Ensure correct drug, strength, and quantity for every prescription

Maintain workflow to meet daily production goals

Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Required Skills

Entry level Experience in pharmacy, data entry, order entry, filling, and pharmacy support.

Knowledge in medication refills and customer service.

Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Visual acuity to read computer screens, handheld scanners, and labels.

We welcome candidates from warehouse, stocking, inventory, retail, and healthcare backgrounds.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
