Job Description**

We are seeking dedicated candidates to join our team as Electronics Assembly Operators in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling small electronic components for data center servers. You will work in a cleanroom environment that requires wearing a protective suit to prevent dust contamination.

Responsibilities

Assemble small electronic components with precision.

Ensure compliance with cleanliness and quality standards in a cleanroom environment.

Utilize blueprints and schematics to assemble and inspect products.

Perform assembly line tasks with hand and power tools.

Conduct inspections and repairs on electronic assemblies.

Essential Skills

Experience in manufacturing or production.

Knowledge in electronics assembly and repair.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Soft skills, including effective communication.

Entry-level experience in electronics assembly is acceptable.

Work Environment

You will work in a cleanroom environment, ensuring cleanliness and quality standards to keep out dust. We offer a variety of shift options, including day and overnight shifts with a differential pay for overnight work. The available shifts are A Shift (7am to 7pm, Sunday through Wednesday), B Shift (7am to 7pm, Thursday through Sunday), and their respective overnight shifts with a $1.50 differential. Protective attire is required to maintain a contamination-free environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugar Land, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
