Our client, a leading organization in the food distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Support team supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Richmond, CA

Pay Range: $19.45

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM)

What's the Job?

Pick, stack, label, and distribute products within the warehouse efficiently and accurately.

Transport materials from the picking area to designated locations, ensuring proper handling and safety.

Sort and place materials on pallets or bakery dollies according to size, @type, style, color, or product code.

Load and unload bread trays from trucks, following safety procedures and productivity goals.

Utilize RF scanning and voice picking equipment to support directed order picking, if applicable.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Strong attention to safety, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.

Ability to follow standard operating procedures and meet productivity goals.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
