Private Wealth Fund located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a Long-Term Temporary Receptionist to commit on an open-ended basis. This environment takes a lot of pride in creating a hospitable environment and providing white glove service to guests and employees. This role will operate five days/week on-site between 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility and reachability needed before/after hours and weekends. Compensation is up to $27/hour DOE. Responsibilities Meet and greet employees and incoming guests, providing a white glove service experience Add visitors into the security system, ensure meeting rooms are prepped Manage conference room schedules, provide general office support as needed Assist VPs with expense management and processing in a timely manner Provide general office management and support Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Qualifications Strong presentation, organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks Experience with VIP-@type guests Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
