Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) for a temporary contract opportunity in New Port Richey, FL. The Medical Assistant will provide direct patient support in a clinical setting, assisting with patient intake, clinical procedures, and follow-up care coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent bedside manner, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Location: New Port Richey, FL

Contract Duration: Minimum 3-6 month temp/contract role (possible extension or temp-hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday , 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $ 24.34/hr.

Key Responsibilities

Room patients and prepare them for provider visits.

Obtain and document patient vital signs accurately.

Perform blood draws and assist with laboratory procedures.

Administer injections as directed by clinical providers.

Complete follow-up calls regarding laboratory and radiology results.

Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.

Support providers and clinical staff with daily patient care activities.

Follow established safety, privacy, and healthcare compliance procedures.

Required Qualifications

Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification.

Previous medical assistant experience in a clinical setting.

Experience with patient rooming, vital signs, injections, and phlebotomy/lab draws.

Pay Details: $24.34 to $24.33 per hour
