Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics and Sports

Location: NovaCare Rehabilitation - Silver Spring, MD Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000

We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience. Our therapists treat an average of 10-12 patients per day , with 1:1 hour-long evaluations to ensure quality care. We focus on quality over quantity to improve outcomes.

Our outpatient center offers a diverse list of specialties, including:

General Orthopedics

Sports Medicine

Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)

Oncology (ReVital)

ACL Program

Fall Prevention

Dry Needling

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week

Two evenings per week until 7:00 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior)

Flexible scheduling options may be available for the right candidate

Compensation & Perks:

Base Salary: Starting at $85,000+ , based on experience

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

CPR certification
