Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service positions in Indianapolis, IN This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Customer Service while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

· Shift: 11am - 7pm Monday - Saturday

· Weekly paycheck

· Pay: $ 18.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities

· Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

· Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

· Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

· Monitor progress of delivery routes

· Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

· Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Requirements

· High school or GED

· Basic computer skills (Data entry, email, file access, Microsoft Word and Excel)

· Minimum 2 years in order entry or administrative roles within an office environment

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
