Customer Service Representative
Louisville, KY (Onsite) $20.00/hour Full-Time Contract Assignment

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and business partners, providing exceptional support through phone, chat, and email channels.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate account and product information
Assist customers with program inquiries and service-related questions
Handle approximately 50+ customer interactions daily
Conduct outbound follow-up and re-engagement calls to existing customers
Transfer interested customers to the appropriate internal teams when needed
Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email platforms
Accurately document all customer interactions
Complete customer request forms and update account information
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Meet quality, productivity, and service level expectations
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous call center experience
Administrative experience, including chat or email correspondence
Financial services or banking experience
Excel proficiency
Bilingual skills are a plus

Schedule & TrainingInitial Schedule:
Monday-Friday
8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
Training:
Two weeks of paid training
Attendance during training is mandatory
Seasonal Hours:
Additional hours may be available during peak season, including:
Extended weekday hours
Optional overtime opportunities
Occasional Saturday shifts
Peak season runs from January through March, with significant overtime opportunities available for team members seeking additional earnings.
